Referral Terms & Conditions

• Open to all Cove users aged 18 or older with an active account in good standing.
• New and existing members may participate. Free-trial users must convert to a paid plan before any associated reward is issued.

This program runs from its launch date until further notice. Cove may pause, end, or modify the program at any time, with or without notice.

• Generate your unique referral link inside the Cove app.
• Share your link. When a friend signs up for a Cove Premium plan using your link, you earn a reward.
• Tiered rewards:
  • 1st successful referral — $10 Visa gift card
  • 2nd successful referral — another $10 Visa gift card
  • 3rd successful referral — unlock free lifetime Cove membership

• Gift cards are issued via email and in-app within 7 days of each successful Premium signup.
• Lifetime membership begins immediately after your third referral's payment clears.
• If a referred user cancels their Premium plan within 7 days of signup, the associated reward is voided.

• Rewards are non-transferable and valid only in the United States.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Cove reserves the right to investigate and withhold rewards for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
• Cove may modify or terminate this program at its sole discretion.
