    Reconnecting an account that stopped updating

    Restore a connection when an account stops pulling in new transactions.

    Banks occasionally drop the connection or require you to re-verify. When that happens Cove flags the account as needing attention.

    To reconnect

    1. 1Open the flagged account.
    2. 2Tap Reconnect or Fix connection.
    3. 3Sign in again through Plaid and complete any security check.
    4. 4New transactions resume syncing once the link is restored.
